MRI Technologist at RWJBarnabas Health – Hamilton, New Jersey

Job Overview:

Performs MRI procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply radio frequencies for diagnostic imaging.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school graduate
• Completion of an approved Radiological Technology program that meets the requirements set by the ASRT and the New Jersey Certification Board
• One to two years experience as a staff technologist including at least one year as an MRI Technologist

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Must be licensed by the New Jersey State-DEP and registered by the ARRT (RT, R, MR) or registry eligible within 6 months of employment

Scheduling Requirements:

• Evening shift
• Per Diem
