Ghost Ship Scare Actor

Description: As part of the Ghost Ship acting team, your role will be to scare our guests using a variety of techniques taught by our scare masters, in several different scenes and settings. You will be directed by a team of professional actors, and will be expected to perform as part of a cast of characters that include Zombies! We use Hollywood-style make-up and costumes, as well as professional props and animatronics to enhance the overall guest experience. All training and certification will be provided on site, so come take your place among the doomed denizens of the Ghost Ship!

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be available for the night shift.
• Must be able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Must be able to navigate stairs, moving swiftly from area-to-area.
• Must be able to perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body such as lifting, balancing, climbing and stooping or bending.
• Must be able to work in varying weather (rain, wind, cold temperatures, direct sunlight or high heat and humidity).
• Must be willing to perform in character with high energy, while wearing theatrical costume and make-up.
• Costumes, make-up and props provided; private dressing areas.
