Role Description
We are currently on the hunt for dedicated recruiters who will drive our overall company's productivity forward. This part-time remote position is for a Recruiter who possesses an Indeed Employer Account for Job Posting. The ideal candidate posts jobs and screens candidates on the Indeed platform. In addition, the Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and make recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

• Must own an Indeed Employer account for posting jobs

• Experience with Indeed and MUST have Knowledge of recruitment best practices

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and can determine a candidate's potential through clever questions.

They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
