Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their individual needs. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of various insurance products. As an Insurance Broker, you will act as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage options available. Training is completed on site.

Responsibilities

• Invest weekly into your business by purchasing leads from our lead vendors. No cold calls are performed with our brokerage.
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage options to ensure they align with client requirements.
• Facilitate the application process for clients, guiding them through paperwork and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, including assistance with claims processing and policy renewals.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
