Job Summary

• Responsible for accurate meal tray assembly and dish washing procedures to maintain sanitation. Responsible for trayline set-up and storage of trayline foods.
• Responsible for accurately serving food to the residents, following any dietary restrictions, accurate preparation of resident nourishment’s, maintain set department sanitation standards and time management.
• Follow simple recipes. Responsible to assist the Production Cook position with light meal preparation such as preparing sandwiches, opening cans of food etc.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Work Schedule

• M-Sun 4:00pm-8:00pm; PRN (as needed) Every other weekend/holiday

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
