About This Position
The Client Success Manager works collaboratively with the General Manager, Senior Director, Channel, and Strategic Account Managers to maximize agreements and reinforce value to both the member and customer. This role involves coordinating ongoing management of customer accounts serviced by the supplyFORCE member network, including direct interaction with both customers and members to monitor performance. The position requires overnight travel of up to 50%. Hybrid and Remote work available.

- Build and maintain relationships with assigned National Account Customers in collaboration with internal team members.
- Cost savings validation and education.
- Understanding of ESG and Sustainability initiatives and provide proactive recommendations to customers.
- Regular communication and contract performance with Participating Distributors.
- Support Participating Distributors and Customers in implementing value-added services as defined in the Supply Agreement.
- Resolve service level issues with Customers and Participating Members.
- Measure contract optimization and performance through regular cadence.
- Review sales volume by customer site and identify opportunities to maximize sales volume potential.
- Hold periodic customer review meetings to enhance relations and capture additional business opportunities.
- Support initiatives to enhance buying experience for customers with membership.
- Maintain information on account implementation progress and develop strategies to maximize account value. (Member and Client Success)
- Analyze customer spending data to identify opportunities in inventory reduction, supplier consolidation, and special manufacturer price support agreements. (Client Success)
- Support the Strategic Account Manager in achieving supplyFORCE KPIs, including sales budget, cost savings, rebates, and administrative support. (Client Success)
- Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting team initiatives and the supplyFORCE CORE4.
Experience:
- Two or more years of experience in the MRO industry.
- National account contract experience.
- Sales account management experience.
- Displays entrepreneurial, self-directed, high energy, and a sense of ownership.
- Effective supervisory and management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to adapt well to change.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build professional working relationships.
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Outlook, and Internet navigation.
- Ability to comprehend SAMA competencies.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
