The Role: Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager at Edge Imaging, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our school customers. You’ll manage existing accounts, develop new business, and promote our photography and yearbook products and services. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, strategic, and loves working with people to create meaningful connections.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service & Renewals: Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers, ensuring exceptional service and successful contract renewals.
• Sales: Drive new business by understanding your market, promoting Edge Imaging’s offerings, and closing sales with key accounts.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of local photographers, ensuring they deliver top-notch service and quality.
• Market Insight: Keep a pulse on competitors and share valuable insights with the team to stay ahead.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Use our CRM system for detailed reporting and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine strategies and improve customer engagement.

What You Bring:

• A proven track record in sales, ideally in school photography or a similar sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on client relationships and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel within your territory.
• A commitment to personal growth and professional development.
