About This Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Associate Counselor(LAC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group counseling sessions to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments to determine mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to promote emotional and psychological well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in counseling. Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid Associate Counselor license in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
