Job Summary

The Switchboard Operator is responsible for processing inbound and outbound calls, directing the general public, making overhead announcements, monitoring video surveillance, monitoring critical alarms, and processing emergency medical codes

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Work Schedule

• M-F 3:30pm-12:00am and/or 4:30pm-1:00am; (as needed) PRN
• Occasional weekend and holiday

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.00 - $21.25 per hour
