- Facilitate technology adoption by current and new customers.
- Act as an evangelist for products and services internally and externally.
- Support upskilling of customer-facing teams with new technologies.
- Provide product and sales support in growth areas like Envision, Managed Security, and SD-WAN.
- Collaborate with sales teams on strategic customer and partnership opportunities.
- Meet with key customers and partners to discuss product strategy.
- Contribute to product strategy to meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback.
- 7+ years of experience in telecoms/managed services, in areas like Product Management or Sales.
- Knowledge of managed networking, security, and computing markets including SD-WAN and Cloud Security.
- Experience engaging with C-suite contacts in global enterprises.
- Experience delivering technical training to sales organizations.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, CISM) preferred.
