As a Digital Strategy Analyst, you play a key role in translating strategy into actionable insights, capability roadmaps, and decision-ready recommendations that guide enterprise priorities.

The Role

As a Digital Strategy Analyst, you support enterprise and IT leadership by connecting strategic objectives to capabilities, investments, and outcomes. You work across strategy, architecture, and delivery teams to assess maturity, identify gaps, and ensure initiatives are aligned to Cooke’s long-term direction. While you do not own execution, your analysis and facilitation enable confident decision-making and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business and IT capability assessments and maturity evaluations.
  • Translate strategic objectives into capability roadmaps, priorities, and performance measures.
  • Facilitate planning, prioritization, and roadmap workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, analysis-based recommendations to IT and business leadership.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, BRMs, and IT leaders on roadmaps and investment planning.
  • Support governance processes by ensuring initiatives are well-defined, aligned, and decision-ready.
  • Mentor junior analysts and review deliverables for quality, consistency, and alignment.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital strategy, business analysis, IT governance, or strategic planning
  • Experience with capability roadmapping, maturity assessments, or portfolio prioritization
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ardoq, Monday.com, or similar planning and roadmap platforms
  • Experience working in or supporting enterprise‑scale IT environments is an asset.
