Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time New Patient Coordinator to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Mount Laurel Office. The New Patient Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all new patient registration processes, ensuring accurate data collection, verifying insurance, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for every new patient. Job Title: New Patient Coordinator
Pay Rate: $20-22/hour depending on specialty and experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Respond to new patient inquires
- Schedule appointments
- Gather insurance information
- Verify insurance benefits
- Make sure all information available is entered into EMR
- Request prior medicals/ Scan into EMR when received
- Correspond with attorneys and nurse case managers
- Perform clerical duties, answering of phones, and scanning
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct department
- Cross Train as a Medical Receptionist
- Participate in ad hoc projects to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and workflow optimization.
Minimum Level of Education or Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in healthcare registration, patient intake, or medical office coordination.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems required.
- Good Judgement, organization ability, and initiative
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to anticipate physician needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable and versatile
- Comply with HIPAA confidentiality standards
