- Project manage the thorough and complete implementation and onboarding of new strategic enterprise customers
- Execute program management for successful launches of the platform across top-tier accounts in partnership with various teams
- Act as a strategic consultant and extension of customers teams through the setup process
- Deeply understand customer workflows and tailor solutions to address pain points
- Drive product utilization and revenue by minimizing implementation delays
- Become an expert in integration and configuration options for the product suite
- Assist with change management and deliver custom training for client organizations
- Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure customer feedback is prioritized and reviewed
- Balance multiple priorities supporting implementation and proactive customer outreach
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementation, activation, or customer success in a B2B organization
- Experience managing strategic enterprise customer relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in managing complex technology transformation projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work with technical counterparts to troubleshoot and provide feedback
- Ability to anticipate customers' needs and provide tailored product solutions
