- Manage and nurture enterprise client relationships through regular communication, business reviews, and stakeholder engagement
- Proactively schedule and lead calls to understand client needs, challenges, feedback, and evolving priorities
- Monitor, prioritize, and support the resolution of client support tickets, collaborating with internal teams on complex issues
- Analyze client usage data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and alignment with business goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including interactions, contracts, preferences, and account plans
- Oversee billing accuracy, invoice validation, and payment coordination with finance teams
- Define long-term account objectives, build account plans, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and close additional business within existing accounts in collaboration with enterprise sales teams
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and advocating for client needs
- Lead contract renewals, negotiate terms, and proactively manage attrition risks through targeted action plans
- 7+ years of experience managing and expanding strategic or enterprise B2B accounts in the technology sector, with SaaS experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in Technology or Engineering; an MBA from a leading institution is a strong advantage
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage confidently with product owners, engineers, and senior technical leaders
- Proven experience serving clients across industries such as marketing and advertising, ecommerce, travel, cybersecurity, or financial services
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior and C-suite stakeholders, grounded in empathy and trust
- Strong business judgment, negotiation capabilities, and objection-handling skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills in English and Hindi
- Willingness and eligibility to travel within India and to Europe as required
