About Us

The Hägglöf Lab studies how B lymphocytes sense and respond to molecular stresses and insults to determine how B cell coping mechanisms control antibody formation and immune responses in contexts of cancer and vaccination.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a moderate number of simple or moderate technical procedures;
  • Mouse husbandry and colony management
  • Perform simple immunoassays
  • Sample acquisition on flowcytometer (i.e., change tubes)
  • Assist with tissue/extraction/preparation for experiments
• Require occasional guidance;
• Order routine supplies;
• Rarely modify technical procedures;
• Rarely train other lab members;
• Rarely guide other lab members;
• A simple / limited understanding of scientific literature and the research goals and rationale is required;
• Occasionally analyze data;
• Rarely nterpret data;
• Rarely make written contributions to papers and grant proposals.
