Brothers Concrete Construction is looking for an experienced and motivated Wall Crew Foreman to lead our residential wall installation projects. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for directing field operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional results. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise wall crew operations on residential job sites.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
Maintain clear, professional communication with crew members, project managers, and customers.
Manage jobsite organization, safety, productivity, and timelines.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Coordinate materials delivery and usage with minimal waste.
Address on-site issues or delays with effective problem-solving.
Maintain daily logs and report project progress to management.
Minimum 5 years of wall work experience (residential concrete highly preferred).
Strong leadership background with a history of managing crews.
Proficient in blueprint reading and site layout.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CDL is a plus but not required.
Experience using a Total Station is beneficial.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and organized.
