Brothers Concrete Construction is looking for an experienced and motivated Wall Crew Foreman to lead our residential wall installation projects. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for directing field operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional results. • Lead and supervise wall crew operations on residential job sites.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.

• Maintain clear, professional communication with crew members, project managers, and customers.

• Manage jobsite organization, safety, productivity, and timelines.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

• Coordinate materials delivery and usage with minimal waste.

• Address on-site issues or delays with effective problem-solving.

• Maintain daily logs and report project progress to management.

• Minimum 5 years of wall work experience (residential concrete highly preferred).

• Strong leadership background with a history of managing crews.

• Proficient in blueprint reading and site layout.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• CDL is a plus but not required.

• Experience using a Total Station is beneficial.

• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and organized.
