Responsibilities

This role is focused on improving processes, strengthening reporting and communication, and advancing technology utilization. The position is responsible for improving efficiency, candidate & hiring leader experience, and results through process optimization. Engages in proactive assessment via data, feedback, process map and emerging technology review. Creates clarity via all communication pathways for stakeholders to understand progress or challenges related to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition leadership to identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives across all talent acquisition-related workflows.Tool & System Optimization: Assist in evaluating and improving systems and tools used within the talent acquisition space (e.g., ATS, onboarding platforms).Project Management: Support of project planning, tracking, and documentation for key improvement initiatives.Reporting: In partnership with the HR Analytics team, develop and disseminate data-related materials to be used in review of results, risk assessment, and decision-making with Talent Acquisition leadership and stakeholders.Communication: In partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership, craft clear analysis and messaging to engage stakeholders in solving business challenges.Create and Maintain Process Maps: Develop detailed, easy-to-understand process maps to document workflows across the talent acquisition lifecycle (sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, etc.).Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Coordinate the creation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of department SOPs to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR or related field required (will consider strong process improvement, talent, or HR experience in lieu of education – 4 years minimum)2+ years of experience in operations, HR, talent acquisition or an analytical/process-oriented roleExperience utilizing human resources systems Demonstrated excellence in communication and stakeholder engagement Demonstration of analytical abilitiesExperience coordinating projectsPreferred Qualifications:

Certification and/or experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologiesExperience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environmentStrong experience creating process documentation and visual workflows (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio)Familiarity with documentation platforms like Notion, Confluence, or similar
