Responsibilities
- Create new & updating existing PM Job Plans inside Maximo (using content prepared by maintenance supervisors and operations)
- Track, update, and close maintenance work orders in Maximo;
- Print & prepare work orders for distribution
- Updating & printing scheduling documents
- Entering labor into Maximo against work orders as required
- Develop Planning Process SOPs
- Maintain detailed logs of repairs, preventative maintenance (PM) schedules, and equipment service history.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance costs.
- Schedule meetings - take notes & update documents
- Filing records
Other duties as directed
