Purpose / Summary of Position:

HPI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. The Tenant Advisory Marketing Coordinator supports the Dallas-Fort Worth Tenant Advisory Brokerage team by developing strategic, visually compelling marketing materials and managing projects from concept through completion. This role blends creative design expertise with project coordination, market knowledge, and client service to position advisors and clients competitively in the commercial real estate market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing collateral—including area maps, availability flyers, pitch books, and digital announcements—while drafting and distributing listing communications via email and web platforms to effectively promote property availability to the brokerage community.
  • Translate research, analytics, and commercial real estate insights into compelling visual communications and strategic design solutions that clearly convey data-driven insights and drive results.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HPI’s marketing technology platforms and tools.
  • Produce, assemble, and professionally bind market surveys, tour books, and client presentation materials with accuracy and efficiency, often managing expedited timelines and last-minute requests.
  • Shape high-level strategic concepts into cohesive visual statements, while crafting impactful presentations and driving projects through to completion with precision and accountability.
  • Be knowledgeable in design and marketing trends that enhance brand visibility and position industry professionals competitively.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and internal stakeholders to define the optimal design strategy for each project.
  • Partner with copywriters, strategic marketers, and designers to gather essential project details from the Brokerage Team.
  • Lead project calls and participate in meetings with the Tenant Advisory team, as needed.
  • Lead end-to-end project management by establishing timelines, organizing assets, and overseeing daily workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to established processes.
  • Drive accountability through proactive communication—providing status updates, managing feedback, and ensuring the timely delivery of all project assets and final deliverables.
  • Coordinate with the Brokerage Team to compile and organize all necessary assets within a centralized collaboration platform.
  • Oversee daily project workflows to maintain efficiency, consistency, and adherence to established processes.
  • Provide regular project updates to the Tenant Advisory team through status meetings and other communication channels.
  • Serve, when appropriate, in a client-facing capacity during planning sessions and project status meetings.
  • Integrate feedback and revisions into deliverables, making timely adjustments to marketing materials as required.
  • Ensure the on-time completion and delivery of all project assets and final deliverables.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with peers in similar roles to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the real estate market, tenant demographics, evolving workplace trends, and shifting space requirements.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience required in a marketing role
  • 1-3 years of real estate industry experience
  • Must have a degree in related field from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with graphic design and multimedia production

  • Develop consistent and creative ways to communicate desired messages to customers
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to independently prioritize and evaluate work for accuracy
