This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions that directly support talent management and acquisition across a global workforce. You will own the roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding 2.0, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with broader HR systems. The role requires collaboration with HR, IT, business leaders, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions that enhance employee engagement, recruitment efficiency, and organizational performance. You will drive system adoption, optimize processes, and introduce innovative features leveraging AI/ML and integrations. This position combines hands-on technical expertise, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership in a dynamic and global environment.
- Own the multi-year roadmap for SuccessFactors Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding 2.0 modules, prioritizing features by business impact and user needs
- Lead complex implementations, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment projects while ensuring minimal disruption and high adoption rates
- Partner with HR, IT, finance, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors capabilities
- Continuously evaluate system performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive process improvements to optimize talent lifecycle efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships, including SAP SuccessFactors support, upgrades, patches, and third-party integrations
- Establish KPIs and analytics dashboards to measure HR process performance and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
- Develop change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure sustained use and system effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR technology or product management roles, including 5+ years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding 2.0 modules, including configuration, workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Proven experience in defining and executing enterprise HR technology roadmaps and leading complex system implementations
- Strong understanding of global talent processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, succession)
- Excellent project management, stakeholder influence, and remote collaboration skills
- Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors certifications, experience with other HCM platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM), agile/Scrum methodologies, and HR analytics tools (Tableau, SuccessFactors Analytics)
