Blu Water Brew a franchise of Scooters Coffee is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer?focused individuals to join our team as Part?Time Baristas. Part?time team members work 16–29 hours per week, with weekends and holidays required to support business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages and treats according to brand standards
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store environment
• Follow all food handling and safety procedures
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Store Manager
• Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings and seasonal items
• Complete required online training modules
• Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Perform additional duties as assigned

As a Barista, you’ll craft a variety of hot and cold beverages, serve guests with speed and positivity, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store. You’ll work as part of a fun, supportive team that values great service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
