The Job:
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional, customized treatments in a refined luxury spa setting. This role is responsible for providing high-quality massage and body services, maintaining professional standards, and creating a warm, welcoming guest experience that reflects our commitment to excellence and wellness.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver customized massage and body treatments tailored to each guest’s individual needs and preferences
- Provide a warm, professional, and elevated guest experience at all times
- Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and spa standards in all treatment and common areas
- Prepare, reset, and maintain treatment rooms to ensure seamless service flow
- Recommend retail products and service enhancements to support guest wellness goals
- Complete accurate treatment documentation while maintaining guest confidentiality
- Maintain current knowledge of spa services, promotions, and property offerings
- Support overall spa operations, including assistance with inventory, linen, and facility upkeep as needed
- Participate in required trainings, meetings, and ongoing team development
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Valid and current massage therapy license in California.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional massage therapy experience.
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Stand for long periods during shifts to perform multiple back-to-back sessions in a day.
- Use body weight effectively to deliver consistent pressure.
- Ability to perform precise hand movements repeatedly.
- Ability to adjust body position (bending, turning, reaching) safely during treatments.
- Ability to lift and/or move equipment or supplies up to 35 pounds
