Golf Outside Staff at Interlachen Country Club Inc – WINTER PARK, Florida

Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has full and part-time opportunities available for Golf Department Outside Staff at our newly renovated 18-hole championship course. We are seeking energetic candidates with a love of golf and customer service. We are anticipating the golf course reopening in March, 2026.

SUMMARY: Our Outside Staff plays a vital role in the Golf Department through exceptional member service to ensure a memorable golf experience for members and guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, maintain, and close the driving range daily.
• Pull and put away bags for golfers.
• Get updated tee sheet for the day and prepare carts for the day’s golfers.
• Update tee sheet as needed.
• Clean clubs, balls, carts, and towels.
• Clean and straighten Cart Barn as needed.

COMPENSATION: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.

MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• May be required to operate golf-specific heavy equipment safely.
• Must be able to lift 50-65 pounds.
• Must be able to work in the heat and sun for prolonged periods of time.
• May be required to stand for long periods of time.
• Requires occasional bending, reaching, stretching.
