Hours:Full -Time, 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM

Pay: $22.75

MUST HAVE:

Must have valid drivers license for at least 2 yrs

The Spirit of the Position:

The Park Assist Attendant is responsible for assisting customers with boosting services, shoveling snow; tire inflation, assistance locating vehicles and repair and maintain parking equipment and gates; all while providing excellent customer service, and exhibiting pride and quality workmanship.

What does a day in the life of a LAZ Park Assist look like?

  • Responsible for the repair and Maintenance of parking equipment and Gates.
  • Required to do the de-icing, sanding and removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots.
  • Always represent the companys best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, while ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow.
  • Maintain and care for your personal or company provided equipment, tools and vehicles.
  • Proficiently and safely use snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and other power and manually operated tools and equipment used to perform snow removal.
  • Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions, including rock salt.
  • Perform highly physical work outdoors on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, snowy weather.
  • It is required that all Park Assist wear appropriate cold weather gear to protect themselves against adverse weather conditions.
  • Work alone and as part of a team and take direction from MODs.
  • Understand and meet contract scheduled deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality.
  • Attending training classes and seminars as requested by management.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned/instructed

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
