- Lead and manage a technical Corporate Engineering team covering IT operations, employee devices, helpdesk, internal tooling, and security initiatives
- Develop and execute a corporate AI strategy, enabling safe, scalable, and effective internal automation
- Build internal platforms that empower employees to own workflows, experiment safely, and reduce dependency on central approvals
- Define and optimize internal systems, processes, and tools for both traditional IT and future-facing agentic workloads
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracting, and technology procurement to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Ensure visibility of work and costs across the organization to continuously improve processes and decision-making
- Mentor and coach team members, conduct regular 1:1s, and maintain high engagement, motivation, and performance
- Proven experience leading engineering or technical operations teams in a highly autonomous environment
- Strong engineering acumen, with hands-on experience in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and automation
- Deep technical knowledge of corporate systems, including device lifecycle management, MDM, SaaS platforms, identity management, EDR/DLP, and security best practices
- Experience implementing and securing AI tools, workflows, and agentic automation across an enterprise
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, emphasizing enablement, automation, and guardrails rather than centralized control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider and Kubernetes, with bonus points for programming experience, OSS contributions, or observability tooling expertise
- Comfortable working Eastern Time-oriented hours to overlap with global teams
- Competitive base salary: USD 208,000 – USD 260,000, with actual compensation based on experience and skills
