What we are looking for:
The Regional Marketing Manager role focuses on developing innovative approaches to driving consumer traffic, enhancing the in-store experience, and ensuring alignment between marketing strategies & commercial goals. Partnering closely with the VP of Revenue of Planning, this role integrates marketing efforts across channels to maximize customer engagement and brand loyalty. This position requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail trends, and multi-channel execution, with the ability to balance creativity and data to drive results. Success comes from translating strategy into execution that moves revenue, traffic, and customer retention. This role reports into the Senior Manager of Marketing for iAnthus.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Designing and executing marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic, drive sales, and build customer loyalty
  • Ensuring retail marketing initiatives align with the brand voice, values, and overall strategy
  • Developing and managing in-store promotions, events, and activations that drive engagement and revenue
  • Collaborating with dispensary teams to create compelling product stories and campaign execution
  • Leveraging customer feedback, sales data, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies and improve KPI’s
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality execution
  • Integrate digital and in-store marketing efforts, including loyalty programs, mobile app, and social media campaigns
  • Manage regional marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and measurable outcomes

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with the Dutchie POS
  • Proven ability to recruit, manage, and scale a brand ambassador program to drive local awareness, traffic, and sales
  • Strong working knowledge of cannabis marketing regulations across Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York, with the ability to execute compliantly
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end marketing workflow – from brief creation and asset development through digital execution (email, SMS, web, in-store) and performance measurement
  • Experience operating within dispensary retail marketing environments, including promotions, merchandising, and local store marketing execution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, evaluate performance, and optimize campaigns based on ROI and key retail KPI’s
