This role is responsible for driving the success and satisfaction of enterprise customers in the public safety and law enforcement sectors. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, leading implementations, supporting adoption, and ensuring renewals and expansions. The position requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs. You will build scalable processes for onboarding, track implementation projects, and quantify customer feedback to inform product development. This role emphasizes proactive engagement, relationship-building, and strategic account management, ensuring customers receive measurable value from technology solutions. It offers the opportunity to influence enterprise operations and directly contribute to customer success.
- Lead onboarding and implementation of technology solutions for enterprise customers
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, tracking adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships through proactive engagement and regular check-ins
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to address customer needs and deliver timely solutions
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and provide actionable insights to customers
- Advocate for customers by conveying feedback to product and engineering teams to improve offerings
- Drive account growth through renewals and expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience supporting customers in SLED industries (Public Safety, Law Enforcement)
- Proven track record implementing hardware or software solutions within large enterprise accounts
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Part 107 certification or ability to obtain it
- Familiarity with commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems or related software solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for agile and technical workflows
