You will also serve as the clinical voice in commercial discussions, mentor clinical teams, and oversee quality and safety governance. - Provide strategic clinical leadership across product, commercial, and operations functions, ensuring virtual care programs meet high-quality, evidence-based standards
- Oversee the clinical implementation of programs, guiding protocol design, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as the executive clinical advisor in high-stakes commercial engagements, communicating program value to enterprise clients
- Design and monitor Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI) programs, defining KPIs and leading remediation strategies for clinical safety escalations
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate clinical insights into platform capabilities and enhance patient and provider outcomes
- Align clinical priorities with account management and operational teams to ensure seamless program execution and client retention
- Mentor clinical staff and foster a culture of safety, innovation, and high performance
Requirements:
- MD or DO credential with 10+ years of medical practice and at least 7 years in leadership roles within virtual care, health-tech, or digital health environments
- Proven experience in clinical program design, evidence-based care, and quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex medical and scientific data into actionable insights for non-clinical stakeholders
- Experience with clinical informatics, AI-enabled clinical tools, and metrics-driven program evaluation
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to scale teams while maintaining clinical safety and standards
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills across diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments with a balance of operational velocity and clinical rigor
