Where You Fit In:

As our HR Manager for the UK, you’ll be the sole HR presence on the ground — the person employees and managers turn to first, and the one who sets the tone for what it feels like to work here. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that sits at the intersection of solid HR practice and genuine people investment.

Our UK office is at a pivot point. There’s real opportunity to rebuild trust, lift energy, and create an environment where people want to show up. That takes someone with both the HR chops to handle complex employee relations and the personal warmth to actually connect with people — not just advise them from a distance.

You’ll also be a key partner to managers across the globe, helping them navigate UK employment law and people challenges in a practical, accessible way. And you’ll provide light coordination support for our small teams in France and Germany.

This role requires on-site 3 days a week.

Impact You Will Make in the Role:

HR Partnership & Employee Relations

Serve as the trusted first point of contact for UK employees and managers on all people matters — from day-to-day questions to complex ER situations.

Partner with managers at all levels, including those based outside the UK, to help them navigate UK employment law and manage their teams effectively.

Lead employee relations cases — performance, conduct, absence, grievance — with confidence and sound judgment, escalating where appropriate.

Drive annual People programs including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys.

Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure compliance with UK and EU data regulations.

Culture & Office Experience

Take an active role in rebuilding a positive, connected office culture — this means showing up, getting involved, and being a visible and trusted presence.

Lead the day-to-day running of the UK office: supplies, vendors, visitors, health and safety.

Organize in-office events and team moments that bring people together in a hybrid environment.

Coordinate with IT and the broader People team to ensure new hires have a strong day one experience.

Regional Collaboration

Provide basic HR coordination for employees in France and Germany.

Partner with the Eastern Europe HR Manager for coverage and regional consistency.

Contribute to policy documentation, compliance tracking, and regional HR projects.

What You Will Bring:

4+ years of HR generalist or advisory experience, ideally in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Strong, practical knowledge of UK employment law — you’re the person managers call when things get complicated.

The interpersonal range to build genuine trust with employees while also coaching and challenging managers.

Enough resilience and optimism to walk into a room that needs an energy shift and actually move the needle.

Comfort operating solo in country — you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder, and you know when to escalate.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail without losing sight of the people side of the work.

Experience with HRIS systems and confidential data handling.

Preferred Qualifications:

    CIPD Level 5 or above.

Background in a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environment.

Compensation determined based on experience.
We understand that no candidate is perfectly qualified for any job. Experience comes in different forms; many skills are transferable; and passion goes a long way. Even more important than your resume is a clear demonstration of dedication, impact, and the ability to thrive in a fluid and collaborative environment. We want you to learn new things in this role, and we encourage you to apply if your experience is close to what were looking for. We also know that diversity of background and thought makes for better problem solving and more creative thinking, which is why we're dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team.

Benefits and Perks:
Beyond a stellar work environment, friendly people, and inspiring work, we have some sweet benefits and perks:
UK Pension Scheme
Private medical and dental insurance
Health &Wellness Reimbursement Program
Unpaid sabbatical leave
Educational Resources - Career & Personal Development Program
Various discount programs (i.e. travel, virtual exercises classes, etc.)
We are a merit-based company with many opportunities to learn, excel and grow your career!
