About This Position
Education/Training/Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
· Operate common office equipment, a personal computer, copiers, calculators, and printers.
Bilingual preferred (English / Spanish)
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite & Adobe
· Accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Maintain confidentiality of company, vendor and employee information.
1. Answer phone calls and transfers, or take messages, accordingly.
2. Receives the public and maintains lobby area and maintains the conference room.
3. Schedules UPS and FedEx daily pickups.
4. Troubleshoots carrier issues for customers.
5. Assists with printing documents, forms, and labels.
6. Prepare outgoing mail; sorts and distribute incoming mail.
7. Assist Client Services with Orders as needed.
8. Handle various concierge tasks for customers.
9. Communicate with facility vendors, as needed.
Maintains office supply inventory.
Assists with special event planning.
Other duties as assigned by management.
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
