This senior leadership role is responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales operations, and analytics to support accelerated revenue growth. The successful candidate will oversee sales forecasting, pipeline optimization, incentive programs, and operational efficiency from lead generation to order fulfillment. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives, scalable processes, and international expansion readiness. This position also focuses on enabling high-performing sales teams through enablement programs, process improvements, and marketing orchestration. The role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, streamline operations globally, and make measurable impact on overall business performance.
- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute GTM strategies that accelerate growth
- Align organizational objectives with business goals to improve productivity and reduce operational friction
- Lead sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, budgeting, and incentive plan administration
- Oversee global scalability initiatives, resource planning, and team structure optimization
- Implement cross-functional processes to enhance sales pursuit and opportunity closure
- Optimize sales lifecycle management in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership
- Ensure effectiveness of marketing programs, lead flow, and attribution tracking
- Provide actionable insights through sales reporting, analytics, and intelligence to support strategic decisions
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, GTM strategy, or business planning in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in scaling business operations internationally
- Experience in publicly traded and private equity-owned companies preferred
- Proven ability to lead complex process improvement initiatives and strategy execution
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across functions
- Experience managing and scaling strategy and operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
