Senior Full Stack Engineer, Support Engineering

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Support Engineering in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale internal tools, integrations, and in-product capabilities that directly impact the efficiency of go-to-market teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify operational gaps and create thoughtful, high-impact solutions. The position provides full ownership of projects—from problem definition and architecture design to building, launching, and continuously improving systems. You will contribute both backend and frontend expertise, enhance platform reliability, and mentor peers while collaborating in a highly visible, business-critical environment. This is a chance to drive meaningful impact while advancing your technical leadership and full-stack engineering skills.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain services, APIs, and internal tools to support operational and product workflows, prioritizing scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Partner with Product and Design teams to define requirements, sequence milestones, and deliver incremental, high-impact solutions
  • Contribute to data modeling and storage strategies to ensure consistency, privacy, and scalability across systems
  • Improve system resilience with observability, fault-tolerance patterns, and production readiness; participate in on-call rotations for critical services
  • Collaborate with adjacent squads to evolve architecture and shared components, performing code reviews and mentoring peers
  • Partner on frontend delivery where applicable, leveraging React/TypeScript experience to implement or integrate UI with backend services
  • Continuously refine developer workflows, internal user experience, and operational processes to increase efficiency and system reliability
Requirements:
  • 7–10+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of production services at scale in a SaaS environment
  • Strong backend development skills, building services, APIs, and data-intensive workflows
  • Experience designing for scalability, reliability, and observability in cloud environments (GCP preferred), with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Proficient with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and complex data modeling
  • Experience with service-oriented architectures and modernizing or decomposing legacy systems into services
  • Bias for clean, maintainable code, thoughtful testing, and incremental delivery
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Nice to have: Frontend development experience with React/TypeScript, microfrontends, Node services, Rails ecosystems, or event-driven architectures
  • Availability to participate in on-call rotation for critical services
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States without visa sponsorship
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range depending on location: Tier 1 ($224,400–$271,920), Tier 2 ($205,700–$249,260), Tier 3 ($187,000–$226,600)
  • Eligibility for Top Performer Bonus program or sales incentives, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and other wellness programs
  • Flexible remote work and occasional travel for team events or offsites
  • PTO and holidays based on company policy
  • Opportunities for mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and career growth in a high-impact environment
