As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role in maintaining our hotel’s high standards. You’ll guide and support the housekeeping team, inspect rooms and public areas, and help create a positive, inclusive work environment. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, communicates with care, and enjoys being hands‑on.

• Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and readiness

• Uphold DoubleTree cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards

• Motivate team members and help resolve workplace concerns

• Respond professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special needs

• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment

• Participate in deep‑cleaning and large‑scale cleaning projects

• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and health regulations

• Previous housekeeping experience required

• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds safely

• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and repetitive movement

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

• Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role

• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning products

• Experience in medium to large facilities

• A positive leadership style that encourages teamwork
