SUMMARY: A Wireman's License is needed, be able to install light fixtures and ceiling fans, troubleshoot light fixtures and ceiling fans as needed for warranty and service calls.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:

• Installation of light fixtures and/or ceiling fans
• Troubleshooting issues as related to warranties

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Performing preventative maintenance by checking wiring for wear, testing circuit breakers, and ensuring all connections are secure.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems to identify and fix issues like non-working outlets or flickering lights.
• Using testing devices to trace the issue and perform necessary repairs.
• Utilizing a specific set of tools for safety and efficiency, including hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
