Brentwood - RN or LPN Needed for Day, Evening and Overnight Home Shifts at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Brentwood, New York

Patient is a 8-year-old female with complex medical needs. The patient has chronic respiratory failure, short bowel syndrome, and a seizure disorder. She is tracheostomy- and ventilator-dependent, receives nutrition and medications via GJ tube, and has a central line currently managed by her mother. The patient is homebound and receives in-home tutoring.

Shifts Avail:
• Days: Sunday and Friday 7am – 7pm and Tuesday and Thursday 5am - 9:30am
• Evenings: Monday 7pm - 9pm, Wednesday 5pm – 9pm, Thursday and Friday 3pm - 7pm
• Overnights Tuesday 11pm - 7am:

Payrates: $33 - $43/hour

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
o Tracheostomy and Ventilator Experience Required
