POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Patient Relations Coordinator serves as the liaison between the patients, patient representative, University Health System staff and the community which we serve regarding patients’ rights and advocacy. Provides a channel through which patients or patient’s family can seek solutions to problems, concerns and/or unmet needs. Coordinates patient services and provides information and follow up.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, health education or related field of study is preferred.
