Behavioral Health Training Associate at Children Service Center – Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

This position is responsible for support in the Training & Development Department. Position duties include facilitating workshops, trainings, and group sessions; maintenance of LMS systems; preparing training materials as needed; maintaining employee requirement tracking; representing organization at events; coordinating schedules; and all other duties delegated by the Director of Employee Development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant human serves field; OR Associate’s Degree in Human Services field with 5 years of clinical or teaching experience; OR a high school diploma with 10 years of clinical or teaching experience.

• Must have FA/CPR/AED and BLS Instructor Certification and Safe Crisis Management Instructor Certification, or obtain shortly after hire
