Armed Security Officer (Level II) – Elite Protection Team at Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency – Douglas, Georgia

Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency (AWPA) is seeking disciplined, high-caliber Georgia Licensed Level II Armed Security Officers to join our elite team. We are not looking for standard "observe and report" guards; we are looking for proactive protectors for our clients and high-value assets.

We operate on a foundation of professional excellence. Our officers are expected to maintain a commanding presence, strictly follow POST orders, and represent the AWPA Mission Statement with the highest level of integrity.

• Proactive Asset Protection: Secure client property and personnel through vigilant patrolling and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Critical Incident Response: Manage high-pressure situations with tactical calmness and decisive action.

• Tactical Reporting: Maintain precise written logs and provide professional verbal briefings to command staff and law enforcement.

• Physical Intervention: Execute defensive tactics and detain individuals when necessary to protect life and property in accordance with Georgia law.

• Licensing: Must possess a current Georgia Armed Guard License (Blue Card) or be in the process of obtaining one.

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of Licensed Armed Guard experience OR an equivalent background in the Military or Law Enforcement.

• Clearance: Ability to pass a rigorous Federal Background Check and drug screening.

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Certifications: Current certifications in Handcuffing, OC Spray, and Baton (ASP) are preferred. AWPA will provide training for well-qualified candidates who may need to update these credentials.

• Must be physically capable of standing/sitting for long durations and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Superb situational awareness and observational skills.

• Ability to maintain professional composure and "command presence" in high-stress environments.
