WWPS recently merged with Cumming Group and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Gas Project Manager to be part of our team in West Lafayette, IN, beginning onsite at the project in February 2026.

The Semiconductor Process Gas Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all aspects of process gas system installation on semiconductor construction projects. This role ensures the safe, compliant, and on-schedule delivery of high-purity and specialty gas systems critical to semiconductor manufacturing operations. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, technically skilled, highly organized, communicate clearly and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Candidates’ work history must represent increased levels of responsibility on a progressive basis throughout their career.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage installation of semiconductor process gas systems.

  • Coordinate with construction management, tool install teams, OEMs, and facility owners.

  • Track manpower, productivity, and progress against milestones.

  • Provide day-to-day office and field supervision of General Contractor.

  • Enforce cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and installation standards.

  • Lead planning meetings and coordination sessions.

  • Ensure compliance with NFPA, SEMI, CGA, and local AHJ requirements.

  • Enforce LOTO, confined space, hot work, and gas monitoring procedures.

  • Promote a zero-incident safety culture.

  • Implement QA/QC requirements for high-purity piping and orbital welding.

  • Monitor inspections, pressure testing, and leak testing.

  • Report on quality issues and NCRs.

  • Support modularization and offsite fabrication strategies.

  • Maintain daily reports and progress tracking.

  • Manage turnover packages including test results and certifications.

  • Support commissioning and operational readiness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of semiconductor facility construction experience in Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, or Gas & Oil.

  • Proven experience with high-purity piping systems, cleanroom environments, Base Build systems and tool installation workflows.

  • Must have knowledge of the applicable codes and standards for industrial construction, with a preference for semiconductor industrial experience.

  • Strong understanding of SEMI, NFPA, CGA, and high-purity systems as well as general knowledge of other applicable codes and standards.

  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience with the following tools: Microsoft Office software. Experience with document control.

  • Semiconductor fab project experience preferred.

  • OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred.

  • Experience with BIM coordination and modular construction preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture or engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Equivalent experience in the field will be considered in lieu of formal education.

The salary range for this full-time role is $115,700.00-$161,966.69 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. World Wide Professional Solutions reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
