• Location: Fort Myers, Florida serving the greater Naples area

• Up to $24/hr including Base Hourly Pay + Uncapped Profit Share + Tips!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Service: WOW our customers with your positive attitude and outstanding service.
• Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Work with your team members to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
• Handle Junk Removal: Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
• Sales Advocacy: Represent our brand professionally and provide accurate estimates to customers.
• Commit to Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
• Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

• 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun, physical working environment.
• Able to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly!
• Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially!
• Experience in delivery, warehouse, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or labor is preferred.
