  • Process and respond to FOIA requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete case files for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with legal and program teams to ensure timely responses.
  • Assist with project management efforts related to marketing initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze information requested in FOIA requests.
  • Provide support for planning and implementation of marketing projects.
  • Secure and update direct mail lists for targeted communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, information technology, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act laws preferred.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to organize and implement information requests efficiently.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in data compilation and presentation.
