RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must troubleshoot process to produce quality parts at Standard cycle times and obtain QC part approval
• Must be able to successfully start up the Extruder, Thermoformer and the rest of the Thermoforming line components.
• Must verify the standard operating conditions to ensure product quality requirements.
• Must document and communicate any changes needed in the standard operating conditions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation
• Must lead troubleshooting efforts of Thermoforming line quality issues by root cause determination
• Must change molds and inserts based on Production schedule or as instructed by leadership when necessary
• Must assist in determination and verification of machine and process standard operating conditions and Master set-up sheets
• Must document downtime reasons on the attainment boards
• Must ensure line inspection reports are completed by both the Thermoforming Operator and Packers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have 3+ years of experience within a Thermoforming Operations environment
