Position Title: Ticket Administrator

Position Summary:
The Ticket Administrator is responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining ticket data in the Fast Weigh system. This role ensures that all tickets from the previous day are correctly recorded, organized, and available for reporting and auditing purposes. Attention to detail, data accuracy, and timely processing are critical to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter previous day tickets into the Fast Weigh system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify ticket information for completeness and correctness before entry.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical tickets and system records.
- Maintain organized records of all ticket entries for reporting and audit purposes.
- Assist in generating reports related to ticket activity as required by management.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and accounting teams to resolve ticket-related issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support organizational goals.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, ticket administration, or logistics support preferred.
- Proficiency with data entry software, preferably Fast Weigh or similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 25 pounds
- Ability to obtain Arsenal & FBI Badge
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
