About This Position

Position Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized, experienced Warehouse Inventory Senior Supervisor to play a key role in keeping our warehouse running at its best. In this position, you’ll support daily operations, ensure top-tier inventory accuracy, and serve as a trusted partner to warehouse leadership. You will work onsite in the warehouse from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, helping oversee and support second-shift operations. Key Responsibilities

• 95% accuracy in quarterly inventory audits.
• Zero safety incidents; 100% OSHA compliance.
• Effective team leadership and conflict resolution.
• Timely execution of load lists and inventory adjustments.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and dispatching.
• Supervise inventory control processes, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff; manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Support implementation of technology solutions (e.g., Scan force, Sage, WMS).
• Assist in strategic planning and execution of warehouse improvements.
• Act as second-in-command to the Warehouse Manager, stepping in as needed.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required 

Education

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Associate’s degree In logistics or Supply Chain preferred.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of Warehouse/Inventory Control Experience
  • 2 years in a supervisor role

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug Test
  • Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
  • Ability to lift 100 LBS or more
  • Successful Background Check
  • Proficiency in inventory software (Sage, Scan force, WMS)
  • Forklift certification and ability to work in South Florida weather conditions
  • Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus
