A&H Services LLC is hiring two Structural Carpenters to join our Field Operations team and take on exciting residential and light commercial metal building projectsincluding barndominiums, post-frame construction, and pre-engineered steel structures. This hands-on role requires expertise in framing, layout, panel installation, and structural alignment from the foundation to roofline. • Frame post-frame and pre-engineered metal buildings, including barndominiums and steel structures.

• Set columns, install girts and purlins, erect steel framing, and install metal siding, roofing, and trim.

• Interpret and build from detailed structural plans, ensuring precise layout and anchoring.

• Operate lifts, rigging, and safety equipment to handle steel components and panels properly.

• Maintain jobsite safety standards and enforce fall protection and OSHA requirements.

• Lead or assist in daily crew operations, ensuring quality workmanship and schedule adherence.

• Coordinate with field supervisors, management, and subcontractors to maintain workflow.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite from start to finish.

• Minimum 5 years of structural carpentry experience in metal and post-frame construction.

• Proven ability to manage and execute all phases of barndominium and steel structure builds.

• OSHA 30 certification required.

• Strong blueprint reading and structural layout skills.

• Proficient in rigging and steel handling, with lift and safety experience.

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to jobsite safety.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
