Remote Senior Customer Enablement Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Enablement Specialist - REMOTE. In this role, you will serve as a vital resource for our most complex customer and technical challenges. You'll provide expert support while empowering distribution partners through comprehensive training programs. This position is crucial in ensuring that customers feel confident using our platform to drive their business forward. By addressing immediate concerns and fostering ongoing education, you will help build lasting partnerships and facilitate sustained growth in a rapidly evolving environment.
Accountabilities
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing expert-level support to customers.
  • Deliver friendly and helpful support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Design and conduct engaging training sessions for distribution partners.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting for system issues and escalate complex problems effectively.
  • Create clear and concise training materials to support self-service learning.
  • Identify recurring customer issues to improve training programs and product offerings.
  • Accurately log and track all customer interactions in the service management system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex integration and data-related issues.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as senior customer support or technical support.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with users.
  • Experience with API troubleshooting and data validation.
  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and basic scripting in a coding language.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions or presentations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and a passion for customer service.
