| Position Description | The Mooney Lab is seeking a postdoctoral fellow in the area of thymic engineering. This project will combine various iPSC-derived thymic progenitors at the appropriate developmental stage with biomaterials that mimic thymic niches to engineer a model of the human thymus. This will ultimately be used to scale the production of antigen-specific iPSC-derived human T cells. |
| Basic Qualifications | Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, or related field. |
| Additional Qualifications | Expertise in immunoengineering required, including mammalian cell culture, fluorescent and confocal microscopy, immunoassays, proteomics and scRNA seq analysis, and material characterization. |
