Working Pipe Foreman

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman in water, sewer, and storm systems. The position holder must be available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 5 PM for at least 40 hours per week, with the possibility of working weekends. This position holder will be willing and able to work overtime as necessary to complete projects in accordance with the General Contractor's schedule.

This position calls for experience in the following areas:

LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT SKILLS

• Hands-on Utilities/Pipe installation.

• Operating Equipment, Trenching (including layout).

• Blueprint reading skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to use mobile devices for daily log input and supply/material requests.

• Maintain time and work records to prepare associated reports.

• Good verbal and written communication.

• Capable of leading and motivating crew members to complete tasks on time.

• Keep a safe job site for employees and equipment, and complete regularly scheduled check-ins.
