The IGNITE Program is the launchpad for our next wave of high performersdesigned to take driven individuals with zero mortgage experience and train them into fully licensed, high-producing Loan Officers.

What Youll Do

Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership

Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching

Make and receive calls from warm, inbound leads

Learn our CRM and loan origination technology

Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and referral partners

Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives

Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, results-driven environment

Who Were Looking For

No mortgage experience neededpaid training provided

Bachelors degree OR experience in sales, service, military, or commission-based roles

Background in hospitality, retail, customer service, or athletics is a plus

Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people

Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)

Highly motivated by income, growth, and performance
