About This Position
Facility Manager (f/m/d)
We’re a fast-growing, international company on a mission. With a dynamic team and an ambitious growth trajectory, we’re looking for someone who keeps our workspace running smoothly, efficiently, and with a great eye for detail.
What Youll Do- Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth office functionality
- Manage maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate workplace services (cleaning, security, catering, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Plan and execute office improvements and expansions
- Manage budgets, contracts, and cost optimization
- Act as the go-to person for all facility-related topics
- Proven experience in Facility Management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach
- Experience managing external service providers
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
